什么是 易损件?
破碎机易损件是直接接触并加工原料的消耗性部件。它们设计为可更换，由抵抗磨粒磨损、冲击磨损和压缩磨损的专业合金制成。
工作原理
易损件作为破碎机内部的工作面发挥作用。颚式破碎机中，颚板压缩岩石；圆锥破碎机中，轧臼壁和破碎壁构成破碎腔；反击式破碎机中，板锤将物料打击到反击板上。随着这些表面的磨损，破碎间隙增大，产品质量下降，需要定期更换以维持性能。

如何延长易损件的使用寿命？
正确的破碎机操作是关键：保持稳定的给料速率，避免铁件等异物进入，保持破碎腔充满以实现均匀磨损，定期检查部件。颚板在磨损一半时翻面使用可使有效寿命翻倍。圆锥衬板则通过监测产品粒度来规划及时更换。
