The GP220 single-cylinder design offers superior structural simplicity and easier maintenance. Because the single hydraulic cylinder is located directly under the main shaft, it combines crushing force, output sizing, and overload relief into one line of action. It features fewer moving components than multi-cylinder machines and allows for an unobstructed top-down casing layout that slashes liner change times.

The IC system monitors real-time parameters like motor load, hydraulic pressure, and liner wear automatically. If a surge of hard rock hits the chamber, the system dynamically adjusts the main shaft position to maintain your target Closed Side Setting (CSS). It prevents overload damage, automatically compensates for metal wear, and keeps the machine running at its absolute highest capacity.

The GP220 features an adjustable eccentric sleeve that allows you to change the stroke length. This gives you the flexibility to adapt the crusher to changing site conditions. For example, you can set a longer stroke for high-tonnage secondary crushing, or a shorter stroke for higher rotation speeds during tertiary fine crushing to optimize fine particle shape.

We standardize on premium alloyed high-manganese steel with Chromium, specifically Mn18Cr2, for our GP220 cone liners. This metallurgical composition provides an ideal balance of extreme surface work-hardening under high impact while maintaining excellent inner core elasticity to prevent brittle fracturing.

When an uncrushable object like a steel excavator tooth enters the cavity, the hydraulic pressure spikes instantly.
