The hydraulic wedge system is engineered with an independent mechanical locking block. Once the hydraulic cylinders push the dual wedges to set your target Closed Side Setting (CSS), heavy mechanical high-tensile locking bolts secure the position. This ensures zero drift during high-vibration operation, protecting the hydraulic cylinders from back-pressure wear.

The bearing housings are built with integrated thermal sensor wells. This allows site engineers to connect real-time temperature probes to a central PLC automation system. Any sudden temperature spike or vibration imbalance will immediately trigger a system warning or safe automatic motor shutdown, preventing bearing damage.

The PE1500x1800 features a heavy-duty, sacrificial mechanical toggle plate. If a massive piece of uncrushable tramp alloy enters the pit, the toggle plate will snap cleanly. This interrupts the crushing stroke instantly, absorbing the energy and protecting the high-cost forged eccentric shaft, pitman, and frame from structural damage.
